To cancel automatic renewal of your subscription when paying in the Android app via Google Play:

1. Open the Google Play Store on your mobile device.

2. Tap on your profile icon at the top right.

3. From the menu that appears, select “Payments & subscriptions,” then choose “Subscriptions.”

4. Find the subscription for our app and select it, then tap “Cancel subscription.”

5. In the window that appears, tap “No” to skip the survey, then confirm by tapping “Cancel subscription” again.

To cancel automatic renewal of a subscription when paying in the mobile app on iOS via the App Store:

1. Open the "App Store" app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

2. Tap the circle in the upper right corner.

3. Select "Subscriptions."

4. Choose your subscription for our app.

5. Tap "Cancel Subscription." If the "Cancel Subscription" option is not available, it means your subscription has already been canceled and will not renew.
